the hotel's location is ideal for visiting the messe exhibition hall (it's convenient). the skybar on the 47th floor offers excellent views of the city. i also appreciated the 12pm late checkout, giving me a bit more time to relax.
i found one issue with the room design. the sink was located in the bedroom, not the bathroom (it felt a little impractical). this setup made the space slightly less functional.

My room was HUGE! it was also really quiet, which i totally needed. the bed was super long. I slept amazingly well!
i had issues with the staff. they seemed untrained, especially with check-in. the robot brought the wrong items, and it took forever to get towels. some staff members were rude, really annoying.

Fantastic Birthday Stay!

I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and the staff were AMAZING!!! They upgraded my room after learning about my birthday during the reservation. A birthday cake was delivered with a handwritten note. The rooftop bar offered a GREAT atmosphere. I will return.
The city tax was charged twice. I notified the hotel, but I did not receive a response.

The breakfast selection featured many choices, covering all needs. rooms were a nice size. They included small extra touches..
i noticed the hotel charged city tax twice, a fact i thought should be mentioned.

the room was really nice, and it included next-generation usb ports by the bed. the location is also great with convenient access to public transport. i found the staff at the front desk were very helpful.
